April 7 - We Were Patriots

I don't know if I have anything to say about this song today. I'm in a place of horror. I hope that at some point I look back and see what a silly thing this was to be horrified by, but right now the situation with Iran has me feeling entirely hopeless and the concept of patriots fills me with revulsion.

I'm sorry, John, your song deserves better than this.
